Micro-Blogging & 'Brand-Jacking'

If you handle the PR for a FTSE 100 company and you don't know your Twitter from your Plurk then beware.

PRCA member Cow PR has identified that 7/10 FTSE companies have not registered their company or brand ID on micro-blogger Twitter, leaving them open to hijacking. This happened to Exxon over the weekend.
